Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

About Us:

proMX is a multinational IT consulting and product company with offices in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, India, and Singapore.

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Inner Circle member, we focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Copilot with a niche in process consulting and software development around project and resource management.

 

We are seeking passionate and self-organized Business Development Managers to join our US practice. In this role, you will work closely with our global sales team and local management to drive growth in the North American market by identifying new opportunities with our target accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales, presales, and post-sales activities in North America.
  • Travel to events and customer sites as required.
  • Build and expand the network with Microsoft (AE, SSP, TSP, and others) for the Company.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking.
  • Develop and nurture existing opportunities.
  • Lead the Company’s response to RFPs.
  • Provide value and solution propositions to potential customers.
  • Engage in demo preparation and execution.
  • Create new opportunities from existing customers by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders from past deals.
  • Stay up to date with proMX products and provide feedback and feature requests as needed.
  • Integrate proMX products into solutions where feasible.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft product developments and strategies.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on networking with Microsoft Corporation.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions.
  • Technical and architectural experience in Dynamics 365 CE, the Microsoft Power Platform, ideally Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales and marketing team.
  • Although the role will be home-based, regular travel within North America is required.
