(Senior) Technical Consultant (f/m/d) – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About us:

As Microsoft Solutions Partner and Inner Circle member, we focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Copilot with a niche in process consulting and software development around project and resource management. 

Description of the role:

  • 4-6 years of relevant technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or related CRM versions.
  • Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Technical consultant in a client-facing role Project handling and Designing of Work Plan and Architecture is Desirable.
  • Experience in developing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
  • Hands on Experience in CRM Upgradations, Data Migrations, Integrations.
  • Experience in JavaScript/ CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow/Action/ 365CRM Portal Development
  • Should have strong communication and experience with handling customers globally.
  • Ability to apply advanced analysis skills in principles of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for service implementation. Up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementations of large CRM solutions, such as Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 CE
  • Experience of working to agile/scrum practices

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience.
  • Good to have Certification: –
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Power Apps + Dynamic 365 Developer Associate MB 200+400
    • Dynamic 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate MB 230
    • Dynamics 365 +Power Platform Solution Architect Expert MB 600
    • Power Platform App maker PL 100
  • Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / PSA Consultant
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Project Service Automation
