Description

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or support experience with a solid understanding of MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
  • Skilled in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service and active listening.
  • Problem solving, troubleshoot, manage, and handle all application query, issue and service request.
  • Communicate and update ticket statuses to users and deliver weekly report on support tickets.
  • Track and manage time to provide accurate billing for all work performed.
  • Technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or related CRM versions
  • Experience in developing, customizing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM/ D365

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software support operations and developing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and address application problems.
  • Able to originate ideas and initiate work independently.
  • Fluent communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts.
