Senior Consultant (m/f/d) –Microsoft Dynamics 365
About us:
Your tasks:
- Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals and their realization
- Implementation and training
- Support of the sales department in the presales phase
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience
- Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / PSA / PO Consultant
- Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Project Service Automation / Project Operations
- Readiness to travel
- Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
