- 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation or support experience with a solid understanding of MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
- Skilled in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service and active listening.
- Problem solving, troubleshoot, manage, and handle all application query, issue and service request.
- Communicate and update ticket statuses to users and deliver weekly report on support tickets.
- Track and manage time to provide accurate billing for all work performed.
- Technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or related CRM versions
- Experience in developing, customizing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software support operations and developing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM/ D365
- Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and address application problems.
- Able to originate ideas and initiate work independently.
- Fluent communication skills (written & spoken)
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Should be willing to work in shifts.
