(Senior) Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study orcomparable professional experience ​
• Relevant professional experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM consultant and/or solution architect ​
• Initial project experience in the area of Project Service Automation / Project Operation is advantageous​
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 processes and customizing of Dynamics365 solutions (architecture and technology) ​
• Empathic personality with excellent communication skills​
• Professional appearance with strong customer orientation​
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Supervising projects or sub-projects throughout the entire project process​
• Managing and coordinating project team members and project partners.​
• Defining individual milestones and ensuring their timely completion.​
  Steering and controlling the projects under supervision using time and budget plans.​
• Ensuring regular and comprehensive project reporting internally and to the customer.​
• Maintaining close customer contact for technical coordination of projects​
• Ensuring smooth project handover to the company​
• Collaborating with the accounting department to ensure timely invoicing
