As an AI Business Consultant at proMX Group, you will be a key contributor to our AI initiatives, specializing in AI consulting, Microsoft technologies, and AI-driven solutions. You will stay current with AI developments, assess emerging trends, and evaluate AI models while focusing on Microsoft ecosystem tools and frameworks. Your expertise will bridge the gap between AI technology and business strategy, ultimately driving innovation and growth.

• AI Technology Expertise: Stay current with AI advancements, tools, and technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, to provide cutting-edge insights to clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging AI trends and applications, enabling informed consulting recommendations.
• Algorithm Evaluation: Analyze AI algorithms and models, assessing accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and cost factors to guide client decisions.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Understand client data needs and offer technical advice for AI integration in product and business use cases.
• Documentation and Communication: Document research methodologies, findings, and insights, and create client-ready reports and presentations, bridging the technical and non-technical gap.
• Microsoft Technology Consultation: Leverage your experience as a Business Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform to advise and craft tailored solutions for clients.
• Technical Solution Implementation: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies to facilitate the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Integration Expertise: Collaborate on integration solutions using various tools to deliver robust AI-driven results.
• Proficient Tools Usage: Utilize MS Office programs, including Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for effective client communication and documentation.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and natural language processing.
• Experience in advising customers, developing, implementing and creating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Experience with integration solutions and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Exhibit strong written and spoken English skills to ensure clear and effective communication in the consulting process.
