AI Solutions Developer (f/m/d) — Microsoft Ecosystem

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Inner Circle member, we focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Copilot with a niche in process consulting and software development around project and resource management.

We’re looking for an AI Solutions Developer to build proofofconcept models using Microsoft AI tools and integrate them into Dynamics 365 and Project Operations environments. This role combines handson AI development, data analysis, and process automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Development & Integration: Build POCs with Power Platform AI Builder and Azure AI services; integrate AI capabilities into Dynamics 365 and Project Operations.
• Data Preparation & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets for AI model training/testing; perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities in project management and CRM workflows; propose improvements based on findings.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation for AI prototypes and workflows; prepare internal presentations and guides for consultants.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Research competitor AI offerings in business applications; summarize findings for leadership.

• Strong background in Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI.
• Handson experience with AI model development and integration.
• Familiarity with data engineering basics and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with consultants and solution architects.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for deployment and version control.
• Understanding of security and compliance in AI solutions.
