We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Administrator who has a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Your tasks:

  • Provide first-class support to customers who are experiencing technical issues or who have questions about Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 using various tools and resources.
  • Log detailed information about customer interactions and issues, ensuring accurate and thorough data entry.
  • Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and releases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide knowledgeable and proactive support to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities as needed to expand knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Your qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to track and manage customer issues.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
