Thanks to the synchronization of Mobile Time Tracking with Outlook, you can convert your appointments into time entries efficiently and precisely. Additionally, the app provides you with an overview of your projects, bookings and open tasks from the Microsoft app To Do.

Efficient Time Tracking

When you open the app, you will see all your appointments of that day, your open to-dos and an overview of your bookings for the current week. Mobile Time Tracking is designed in a clear and intuitive way, so you can start using the application without any introduction.

The app shows all appointments from your Outlook calendar. Click "Book" to convert the item into a time entry. Invitations that you haven’t accepted are marked with a dotted line.

On saving an Outlook appointment as time entry date, time, duration and title are filled in automatically. Simply select the right project and task, add an optional comment and the time entry is ready.

The tab myWork displays information about your projects: involved team members, booked hours and the remaining days until you finish the next milestone.

Time entries are saved as editable drafts. To submit your final time entries, select them from the calendar view. If you spot a mistake after you submitted the booking, you can recall it.

Mobile Time Tracking is also connected with the Microsoft app To Do. You can view your to-do list from there in the application. Tick off finished tasks so they move to „completed“ in To Do.
