The focus of our project with hhpberlin was the implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system. proMX has assisted businesses in the implementation Microsoft Dynamics CRM (now part of the Dynamics 365 suite of cloud apps) since the software’s launch in the early 2000s. Microsoft Dynamics 365 not only helps to streamline sales processes, it also enables better customer engagement. This builds client loyalty and retention which can increase a business’s profits significantly, in hhpberlin’s case by 20 to 30 percent.
