General Manager (f/m/d)

We are proMX, an IT company and Microsoft Solutions partner based in Nuremberg, Germany. Dynamics 365 is our bread and butter, and we focus on project and resource management, process consulting and software development.

We would like to keep growing internationally and are therefore looking for new colleagues to join our #proMXTeam – can we count on you?

• Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the Singapore branch
• Leadership and development of the local team
• Implementation and adaptation of the global corporate strategy to local market conditions
• Identification and implementation of growth and business development potential
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local partners, customers, and authorities
• Ensuring compliance with local legal regulations and global corporate guidelines
• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and the achievement of sales and profitability targets
• Reporting to the management at headquarters

• Degree in business administration, management, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position, ideally in an international environment
• Strong leadership skills and intercultural communication skills
• Very good knowledge of the Southeast Asian market
• High level of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial action
• Very good know-how of Microsoft ecosystem inside-out (business side, not technical)
