HR Specialist (f/m/d) APAC

We are proMX, an IT company and Microsoft Inner circle partner. Dynamics 365 is our bread and butter, and we focus on project and resource management, process consulting and software development.

We would like to keep growing internationally and are therefore looking for new colleagues to join our #proMXTeam – can we count on you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both recruitment and operational HR administration.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including HR documentation and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.
• Experience working in an international or APAC-focused environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Zoho experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the APAC region, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within HR systems.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Support HR reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
