(Solution Architect (f/m/d) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – UK

We are proMX, an IT company and Microsoft Solutions Partner based in Nuremberg. Dynamics 365 is our bread and butter, and we focus on project and resource management, process consulting and software development. ​

• Experience in advising customers and creating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365(Project Operation, Field Service, Customer Service and Contact Center, Azure & Power Platform, Power Pages ​ 

• Experience in the development and implementation of solutions based on Dynamics 365, Azure & Power Platform​ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365  and related technologies from Azure and Power Platform. ​ 

• An interest and awareness of the latest generative AI innovations, such as Copilot and Copilot Studio. 

• Experience with integration solutions and tools. ​ 

• Very good handling of MS Office programs (Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ​ 

• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps 

• In-depth knowledge of ALM processes for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 

• Hands-on experience in setting up and automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps 

• Taking responsibility for the technical architecture and implementation of system solutions ​ 

• Providing advice and support to clients in the planning, implementation, and integration of systems ​ 

• Preparing design and architecture documentation and assisting the project team during implementation ​ 

• Identifying risks and developing solutions to minimize them​ 

• Assisting in test execution, quality assurance, and deployment processes ​ 

• Conducting training and providing customer support
