About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, executing successful campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role includes leading marketing efforts for the NA region.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge D365 CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Expertise in B2B lead generation and NA market strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Linkedin, Google ads etc.).
  • Event management: online and onsite events.
  • Lead Generation: Drive B2B lead generation through targeted campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • CRM Management: Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CRM) to manage customer data and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
