Business Development Manager for D365 CE (f/m/d) – India

About us:

proMX is a consulting company based in Germany, USA, UK, India, Canada, Singapore and Australia. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, project and resource management, process consulting and software development. As a very successful and dynamic company, we support nationally and internationally active customers and have already received several awards for our work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform sales, presales, and post-sales activities in the assigned territory.
  • Travel to events and customer sites as required.
  • Build and expand the network with Microsoft (AE, SSP, TSP, and others) for the Company.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking.
  • Develop and nurture existing opportunities.
  • Lead the Company’s response to RFPs.
  • Provide value and solution propositions to potential customers.
  • Engage in demo preparation and execution.
  • Create new opportunities from existing customers by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders from past deals.
  • Stay up to date with proMX products and provide feedback and feature requests as needed.
  • Integrate proMX products into solutions where feasible.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft product developments and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A Graduate Degree or a Post Graduate Degree.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on networking with Microsoft Singapore.
  • Experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions, the cloud space, or the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Dynamics365 Sales.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales and marketing team.
