proRM Fast Start: New project management solution from proMX

We’re pleased to introduce our new product: proRM Fast Start for resource and project management is our new software solution for companies that wish to make their project management more efficient.

proRM Fast Start is an easy-to-use program which integrates seamlessly into Microsoft Dynamics 365. It contains three applications:

  • Tracking: In this application, employees can track when and for how long they worked on a project and which costs (flight, accommodation etc.) occurred. Managers have an overview of their employees’ bookings and are able to make entries on their behalf. This application also features a time clock function.
  • Approval Manager: Project managers can check, edit, approve, or decline submitted bookings in this application.
  • Project Gantt: This application provides all or selected details for one, several or all projects: Project phases, durations, assignments, dependencies, relations, and schedules are listed in a tree structure and can be visualized with Gantt diagrams.

The complex solution: Project Service Automation

Our partner Microsoft has developed its own project management solution,
Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation. This app is aimed at users which require a more complex solution to manage their projects.

Since we have had years of experience in developing project management software, Microsoft asked us to contribute our expertise to the development of Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation. Hence, we were so familiar with the product prior to its official release that we were able to develop several Project Management Add-ons to complement it.

Should a user outgrow proRM Fast Start at some point and want to switch to Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation, this can easily be done since we developed our solution to be compatible with Microsoft’s application.
