kununu Top Company 2024: proMX achieves top ratings

We are proud to announce that proMX has once again been awarded the Top Company seal by kununu in 2024 – for the third time in a row. The Top Company title is particularly authentic, as it is based on the ratings of our own employees. They are so satisfied that proMX is rated with an average of 4.4 out of 5 stars.

Who becomes a kununu Top Company?

Every year, kununu awards the Top Company seal to companies that achieve an average of at least 3.8 stars. Only around five percent of all employer profiles on kununu qualify for the award and are therefore among the most popular employers of the year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What is highly rated?

The key words competence, personal responsibility, creative opportunities, interaction with one another and speed of innovation were the most frequently mentioned in the ratings. The equal opportunities factor is rated highest with 4.8 points. Working from home, flexible working hours and employee events are most frequently confirmed as highly valued benefits.

Where do we go in 2024?
