Four years ago, in 2022, proMX earned our first kununu Top Company badge. In 2026, we’re proud to receive it again for the fifth time in a row. Based entirely on employee feedback, this recognition places the company among the most valued employers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

A milestone year, shaped by people

This award arrived at the close of an extraordinary chapter. In 2025, proMX celebrated its 25th anniversary: a quarter century of growth, reinvention, and impact. That same year, we were recognized as a member of Inner Circle for Microsoft AI Business Solutions for the seventh time. The Inner Circle status is reserved for a highly exclusive group of Microsoft partners worldwide who consistently turn goals into achievements.
