During Microsoft’s Business Applications Partner Offer Bootcamp in Mumbai, proMX CEO Peter Linke and Kuldeep Gupta, CEO of proMX India, learned firsthand the details of Microsoft’s strategy for increasing customer success in the Indian market while also establishing important new relationships.

The primary goal of this exclusive event was to connect with the Indian Business Applications Customer Success Team at Microsoft – lead by Shakuntala Sarkar, Director Customer Success Business Applications – in order to carry out successful customer projects together in the future. Peter and Kuldeep had the opportunity to meet with her, as well as another key executive from Customer Success at Microsoft: Ted Gauld, Leader, Business Applications at Microsoft.
