The Project Service Alliance initiated by proMX keeps growing in strength: We are pleased to welcome OnDemand4U as the latest member to join the worldwide partner community.

Like proMX, OnDemand4U is a consultancy company focused on supporting businesses in their digital transformation, assisting with the implementation, integration and customization of business software Microsoft Dynamics 365. Within the Alliance, we will cooperate even more closely and strategically in the area of project management software. Peter Linke, CEO of proMX, is convinced: “These days, the key to success as digitization partners lies in cooperating with one another. OnDemand4U has specialized in offering consulting and implementation services for Microsoft cloud solutions for small and mid-sized businesses to empower them to work in a customer oriented way and to increase their productivity and ensure their competitiveness.

A partnership that benefits all

We founded the Project Service Alliance, which enjoys the support of Microsoft, in the summer of 2018. It brings together Microsoft Dynamics Partners worldwide to promote the exchange of experiences and best practices regarding Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation (PSA). It is also to simplify cooperation on customer projects. According to Eva Pisotska, VP of Business Development at proMX, digitization partners that can support organizations with the implementation and operation of PSA are still few and far between. “This is what we want to change with the Project Service Alliance,” she explains.

For OnDemand4U, one crucial benefit of the joining the Alliance is the broader product portfolio it will have at its disposal. The Saarbrücken based consulting company will now be able to offer project management solutions developed by proMX to its customers. “It has always been our goal to provide small and mid-sized businesses high-performance tools for efficient work,” says CEO Kenneth Christiensen. proRM Fast Start for Dynamics 365 for Sales in particular, which is implemented quickly and cost-efficiently, will better meet the requirements of OnDemand4U’s customer segment.
