It is much more interesting and relevant what our employees think of us than what proMX says about itself and the workplace atmosphere. The opinions on the rating platform kununu sound positive and satisfied. So satisfied, in fact, that they have rated proMX with an average of 4.4 stars from a maximum of 5 stars. That makes us a Top Company 2022 on kununu.
What is kununu?
kununu is an online rating platform for the DACH region where employees can rate their employers in different categories.
Every year kununu awards companies that fulfill certain criteria the title Top Company. Among others, organizations need an average rating of at least 3.8 stars. Overall, only about 5 percent of all more than one million companies on kununu qualify for the seal. We are very happy to be one of them!
What do the ratings say about proMX?
We have gotten fabulous 4.4 stars which ranks us above the average of 3.8 for the IT industry. Ranked highest is the category diversity. Here we received 4.8 stars in both sub-categories: equality and treatment of older colleagues. In the remaining three categories career & salary, company culture and work environment proMX reached an average of 4.4 stars.
Our company culture is perceived rather modern than traditional. The general perception is that proMX drives strategic changes within the company. The colleagues who left us a rating consider the interaction among themselves friendly and helpful. The proMX team works together to achieve great results.
Leaders in particular regularly provide their team members with feedback and advice how to improve. In return the management is always open to requests, concerns, and ideas from the employees.

What does the future hold?

For the future it is not enough for us to maintain the status quo. Our goal is it that all employees – whether they have been working with us since the beginning or only joined recently – love their work and all that comes with it.
