When Interflex decided to renew its IT infrastructure and solutions, there was little doubt that it would be choosing Microsoft technology, having long been a Microsoft oriented company. One of the questions left to be answered was which partner it would choose to assist it in this endeavor. With proMX it not only found an experienced partner in the Microsoft world but also a trusted advisor – in the truest sense of the word.
For proMX let Interflex in on a secret that would be decisive for the company’s decision making. In late 2015, when Interflex and proMX were in talks about a potential cooperation, Microsoft Dynamics 365 had not yet been announced and was still being kept under wraps. Involved in the development of Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation in an advisory and testing capacity, proMX knew about the app early on, sensed it might be the perfect solution for the company and arranged an exclusive preview.
Convinced of the app’s potential, Interflex decided to become an early adopter of Dynamics 365 for Field Service and Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation, which meant close cooperation between the company, implementation partner proMX, and Microsoft.
As Interflex has high requirements regarding resource planning and management as well as reporting, it opted to extend Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation with the proMX Project Management Add-ons, comprising Time Tracking, Approval Manager and Project Gantt.
